  1. You can report these to traffic@wichita.gov, and it’ll be more effective than blogging about it. If you want smaller government, part of being a responsible citizen is doing that kind of thing. The alternative is to require the city to have enough employees out on the street to notice these things themselves.

  5. I emailed Traffic, and Brian is looking into it. The previous lights were Westar’s, but Traffic knew the pole numbers and forwarded the info to them.

    So they should both be taken care of.

  6. Got more detail on the parking garage: the roof lights come on with the interior lights. They’re looking at whether it’s practical to get that split, but for now the roof lights will be on during the day.
