		<description>40 million dollars in one year is a lot to spend on citizens without asking for anything back. While doing this is definitely a good deed, there is something else driving it, but it as well is for the good of the United States.</description>

I believe the KS charter school law still limits the state to 30 charter schools, and there are currently 30 operating (no hope in that area unless the legislature changes the law).  And, Bob, I struggle to understand the Obama admin. on this one.  They appear to be for substantive change but are in bed with the unions. Aren&#039;t those two things mutually exclusive?</description>
