    The chamber’s visioneering program seems to be struggling. Perhaps the chamber’s new leadership program will replace it. Jeff Turner and Charlie Chandler seem to be running the latter according to the eagle.

    The visioneers had all sorts of data and measuring benchmarks. I wonder where we stand on this? If it is bad news, it will probably disappear down the Orwellian memory hole that exists for bad news in Wichita.
