		<description>Yet these are the same teachers who don&#039;t seem overly concerned at the dropping graduation or literacy rates in Wichita. Where is the next generation of taxpayers going to come from, I wonder? They aren&#039;t replacing the people who currently pay taxes with people educated enough to have adequate employment to generate the kind of income necessary to pay taxes in the future. It&#039;s an ugly truth, and one that nobody talks about. Still, if you consider the consequences of years of dropping graduation rates...you can only come to one conclusion. Taxes on the rest of society will have to increase.</description>
