Despite having a number of different languages, the Swiss operate with a decentralized government that is a better model for most 3rd world countries than the US with our infinitely elastic "common welfare," clause in our constitution. As we descend into our 3rd world morass under the Obamanation Messiah, the Swiss model is certainly preferable to anything coming out of Washington or Chicago.
