I wonder how much $$$$$$$$ this will make and where the money will truely go? I know what I just said and Im all for green power and clean air, but you CAN NOT MAKE ME USE IT. In China it is true, the laws are lax or there are none. We in America can NOT make another county go green or force them to have clean water.
